Anna and Indy never meant to change the past. But then the past changed them first.

Cast back to ancient Greece from the far future, they always knew they were bound to affect something, unless they lived in a cave the rest of their lives. So surely it couldn’t hurt to do a few small good deeds, here and there? Only those deeds grew and grew, until one day history presented them a choice: Would they simply stand by and watch as a cataclysmic war wrecked the lives of millions? Or would they use their future technology to fight back?

And so now, after two years stranded in ancient history, they’ve altered its course in vast and unknowable ways. By preventing the Persian conquest after the Battle of Thermopylae in 482 BC, they started a chain of events whose consequences they can’t foresee. For better or worse, they’re all-in, actively reshaping the past, trying to engineer a brighter future.

With only the best of intentions, Anna and Indy have carefully nurtured the fragile seeds of technology they carried into exile with them. But the powers they’ve brought to fruition are far beyond what any two people should be entrusted with. And forces both enigmatic and deadly have begun to take notice.

How far will Anna and Indy go to save themselves and everything they’ve built from extinction?
